THE WAY WE WORK.

We have created a 12-month language and care sector training program designed to provide all the necessary knowledge and skills to work in Finland and adapt to Finnish society. The training includes an introduction to the Finnish work system, the integration process, general knowledge about Finland, and other essential information that is important for immigrants.

When individuals arrive in Finland, they are served by our 9-person team, which specializes in managing the integration process. This team has developed its process for three years based on feedback from over 700 individuals who have moved to Finland through us.

Their task is to ensure that all immigrants receive the support and guidance they need to adapt to their new homeland. They help with bureaucracy, language challenges, work-life practices, and general cultural understanding. In practice, these include bank accounts, tax cards, housing, furnishing homes, and getting to know the living environment.

RECRUITMENT.

MARKETING

We are honest on the job descriptions and give all the available information for the applicants. We target the message on the right candidates and let the world know about open positions!

SCREENING.

We go through all the applications with care and analytics. We really believe in data, if there is a successful profile, we will find it out!

BACKGROUND CHECK.

We determine and ensure the formal suitability of the persons to be selected for the recruitment process, such as the authenticity of the diplomas and certificates and criminal records.

APTITUDE TEST.

We provide selection tests and psychological evaluations. We give special attention to the individuals’ learning capacity, nursing skills, and opportunities to adapt to the Destination Country.

INTERVIEW.

We offer the employer a possibility to interview, or choose from our question sheet, and have a designated interviewer, that is recorded for decision making.

MEDICAL TEST.

We provide the applicant’s health in accordance with the laws of the country of destination, at our trusted partner clinics.

OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT.

We review the binding and requirements of the contract on behalf of both the employee and the employer.

EDUCATION.

MEET SUPERKOULU.

Language studies are a central part of our training program and are specifically designed to develop students' communication skills and the language proficiency required in the profession. The goal of language studies is for every student to achieve at least an A2 level in Finnish.

Our study environment is fully virtual, enabling a flexible and adaptive learning environment. This means that students can study in their own time and at their own pace, while being provided with the necessary resources and support.

During language studies, students get to speak Finnish in one-on-one conversations with native Finns 3-4 times a week. These conversations are crucial as they help students practice and apply the Finnish language they have learned in real communication situations. In these discussions, students receive immediate feedback and guidance, helping them further improve their language skills.

Professional studies are carried out in collaboration with Finnish vocational schools, ensuring that students receive the best knowledge and skills in the field. Through continuous monitoring, we can track students' progress and provide the support and guidance they need.

The employment process is supported by a digital learning platform designed to make the recruitment process ethical and transparent. This platform facilitates both students and employers as it offers an easy way to monitor the recruitment process. Overall, our training program is designed to give students the skills and readiness to succeed in the Finnish job market. We work continuously to ensure that our students receive the best possible education and support.

INTEGRATION.

Moving, new work, and a new environment. It’s a massive change in life. Our goal is to make it easier for employees to settle in a new environment - so that they feel comfortable and find their place in the destination country. They can concentrate on settling in than worrying about the basics.
